SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

All orders are shipped via courier. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you place your order and depends on the destiny and weight of the products.

For an accurate shipping budget of your order select the products you wish to purchase and click "Finish". Then select the destination and choose the payment and shipping method. Then you will get the final total of your purchase, including shipping and other concepts. At that point you can decide whether to continue or not with the purchase process. Shipments and deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Except technical errors of our system, products are in stock and the order is confirmed and validated before 13:00 hrs. We will ship the same day and the package will be delivered within 2 to 6 days depending on the postcode.
The order will be confirmed and validated when we contact the customer personally (if professional customer) or when the payment is validated (in the case of payment by bank or credit card).

VERY IMPORTANT: CORRECTLY INDICATE DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS ONCE SENT WILL CONSTITUTE AN EXTRA COST OF 10 EUROS IN ADDITION TO A DELAY OF 2 TO 4 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Breaks. The cosmetic and beauty products (shampoos, conditioners, masks, gels, waxes, ...) do not have back guarantee protected by law because of the nature of consumer goods. We only accept returns if a product arrives damaged due to factory problems or problems with transportation. Photographs or evidence of breakage would be provided if requested. The customer is entitled to request the resend of the product without extra cost once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incidence has been found . If the shipment has been damaged during shipping, the customer must report the situation to NATTURA LABS EUROPE before 24 hours of receipt natural to info@tecitaly.eu email or phone +34 886 133 086.
In this case, NATTURA LABS EUROPE will start the procedure to claim the shipping company and replace the damaged goods with no additional charge to the customer.
